Juan Guillermo is an investment advisor with more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry. His many years of practical experience in the industry, along with his MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley, and an Electrical Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, have perfected his personal and analytical consulting style. Juan Guillermo always seeks to clearly understand the needs of his clients, the market trends and the key analyzes that are critical for success; but it is his genuine warmth and personalized approach that allows him to develop lasting and meaningful relationships with his clients. Juan Guillermo joined Merrill Lynch in 2010 and holds the designation Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®). He is recognized in Merrill Lynch as one of the few advisors selected to obtain the title of Global Institutional Consultant for Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Juan Guillermo is currently member of the Board of Directors of ABRE Puerto Rico and is also a member of the audit committee of the Sor Isolina Ferré Centers, a non-profit organization. Among his previous civic commitments are the Cultural Development Commission of the Government of Puerto Rico, the José Jaime Pierluisi Foundation, The School of Plastic Arts of Puerto Rico and the Art Museum of Ponce, among many other non-profit organizations in which he has collaborated.
